Top notch striker Nathan Greene returned grabbed a stunning first half hat-trick for champions Goodwick United who comfortably overcame Merlins Bridge at the Pembrokeshire Sports Village.
 
Chris O’Sullivan’s Goodwick outfit who sealed the title with a home victory against Milford United earlier in the week led 4-2 at the break after a highly entertaining first half, the champions added two further goals in the second period to run out easy winners which has  kept their impressive unbeaten record intact.
 
The Wizards took an early lead as 16 year old Ed Sanders buried a low shot past Kyle Marsh.
 
The visitors quickly replied as Jake Smith whipped in a perfect cross for Greene to header home, in the tenth minute the Wizards regained the lead as Henry Thomas scored at the far post from a corner which was flicked on by Jordan Thomas.
 
The champions levelled matters as James Bryan equalised, Greene powered home a Luke Hayward corner a minute later to put the Phioenix Lads ahead minutes later Dan James assisted with Greene’s hat-trick as the striker beat a defender before he buried his shot in the far corner as the visitors led 4-2 at half time.
 
The visitors added a superb fifth on the 74th minute mark as Jake Smith strongly led a swift counter attack from the edge of his own 18 yard box which resulted in Rhys Dalling crashed home a 12 yard effort, on 90 minutes substitute Kyle O’Sullivan drilled in the sixth at the far post.

Couzens scores two late goals to earn relegated Sports an unlikely draw with Kilgetty at Tregroes

Anthony Couzens - scored two late goals for relegated Fishguard Sports to salvage a point at home against KilgettyRelegated Fishguard Sports showed a lot of pride as they came from two-goals down to salvage a draw with fourth from bottom Kilgetty at Tregroes.
 

The visitors led 1-0 at the break thanks to a smart Steven Thomas finish set-up by teammate Josh Bevan.
 

Eighteen minutes after the interval Kilgetty bagged a second goal through Richard Tebbutt.
 

However, Phil Jones’ Sports fought back with two well taken goals by vastly experienced centre back Anthony Couzens who scored in the 76th and 80th minutes.

Clarbeston Road won a nine-goal thriller against Neyland at the Athletic Ground.
 
This defeat sees Neyland relegated alongside already doomed Fishguard Sports as Clarby’s Laurie Haworth starred scoring four of his side’s goals.
 
Haworth scored an early opener which was cancelled out by a Ben Gale equaliser, Leo Power added a second for the Nomads to put their noses in front.
 
Back came the Road as Ben John struck to square matters, Haworth was on target with a quick fire double as the Road led 4-2 at half time.
 
After the break Max Bowman-Davies pulled one back for the Nomads, ten minutes from full time on fire Haworth bagged his fourth to put Clarby 5-3 ahead.
 
Mike Chandler added Neyland’s fourth in the 89th minute, but it was the Road who bagged the points as Neyland now know they will play in Division Two next season.

Rooks grab late goals to win against Robins

Carew came from behind to secure a victory against Milford United in this highly entertaining mid-table clash at Marble Hall.
 

James Hinchliffe and Marcus Griffiths scored two goals apiece for Chris Richards’ Rooks.
 
Former Welsh League star Griffiths struck the opener for the visitors with 17 minutes on the clock.

 
However, eleven minutes later the Robins equalised as Cameron Lees found the back of Tom Davies’ net.
 

Scott Reid put the Robins ahead in the 75th minute, but the Rooks finished strongly as Hinchliffe netted two quick-fire goals in the 83rd and 87th minutes, before Griffiths struck his side’s fourth in the 94th minute which secured the points.
