Charlie bags late winner to stun Tish

Charlie Arthur bagged a late winner for division two Lawrenny who dumped division one St Ishmaels out of the Senior Cup in a seven-goal bonanza.
 
As the score was level on 3-3 18-year-old Arthur bagged an 83rd minute winner to earn Lawrenny a place in the quarter finals.
 
Lawrenny too an early lead as Tom Cole set-up teammate Owen James who made no mistake from inside the box.
 
Tish hit back with a brace of goals from captain Brennan Devonald which gave his side a slender 2-1 cushion at half time.
 
On the hour mark Sam Davies equalised for Lawrenny, but minutes later Nathan Thomas struck as Tish regained the lead.
 
However, the division two outfit were not prepared to lie down as they levelled matters through Owain Smith who equalised before teenager Arthur bagged a late winner.

Davies bags late extra time winner for relieved Robins

Liam Davies struck a 119th winner to earn division one Milford United victory over battling fourth division Prendergast Villa at Marble Hall.
 
Most local pundits had this tie down as a formality win for the Robins, but lower league outfit Prendergast Villa did not read the script as they very much played their part in this tough cup clash.
 
The hosts were awarded a penalty which Davies comfortably slotted past Villa keeper Geraint Sargeant whish gave the Robins a narrow 1-0 lead at half time.
 
The visitors levelled matters in the 56th minute as Villa skipper grabbed the crucial scoring touch which sent this tie into extra time.
 
Villa had Tom Wilks sent off in the 106th minute for a second yellow card offence, but the visitors still fought right up until the end when they conceded a late Davies winner when penalties were looming.

Cup holders Road ease past Camrose to reach quarter finals

Senior Cup holders eased into the quarter finals with a comfortable three-goal victory at second division Camrose.
 
This tie was a potential banana skin for Clarby Road, but Laurie Haworth scored in the 36th minute which settled the visitors’ nerves.
 
Jake Wesley scored his side’s second as skipper Josh Wood was involved in the build-up.
 
Seven minutes from full time substitute Matthew Griffiths added a vital third which ended Camrose’s dim hopes of an upset.
