Wizards too hot for relegated haunted Robins
Merlins Bridge 4 – Milford United 1
Merlins Bridge gained an emphatic four-goal victory over relegated haunted Milford United at the Pembrokeshire Sports Village.
Mike Preddy’s Wizards bagged two goals in each half to secure their eighth win of the campaign as they sit in seventh position in the table whilst The Robins are second from bottom with one league left to play.
The visitors bagged two-quick fire goals just before the break, firstly, Nathan Evans’ cross led to striker Jason Griffiths finding the roof of the net with a terrific volley from inside the box, secondly, Hayden Dimond’s free kick enabled skipper Jordan Thomas to apply the faintest of scoring touches.
The Robins pulled one back in the 63
rd minute when skipper Scott Reid scored as the striker got on the end of an intelligent Joey Jones pass.
Nathan Evans added the Wizards’ third with a fine close range side footed finish, deep in stoppage time, returning from a lengthy injury substitute Ben Davies added his side’s fourth thanks to an unselfish square ball by Hayden Dimond to allow him a routine tap-in.

Impressive Goodwick win to seal third league title in a row
Goodwick United 2 – Pennar Robins 0
Two second half goals ensured Goodwick United picked up victory against Pennar Robins which has ensured the Phoenix Lads have retained winning the title for the third season.
Manager Chris O’Sullivan was delighted his team as he described ‘have got over the line’ now he’s set the team a goal to finish the season unbeaten. If they win their last two games it would mean that Goodwick have incredibly only lost one league game in three seasons.
After a goalless first half the hosts opened the scoring three minutes after the interval as Will Haworth’s cross was met with a fine Matthew Delaney 12 yard volley.
In the 68
th minute the hosts added a second goal as midfielder Rhys Jones scored with a trade mark edge of the box free kick which flew in the bottom right hand corner of Rory Williams’ net.

Devonald scores timely equaliser for Tish
St Ishmaels 2 – Kilgetty 2
Brennan Devonald scored a crucial stoppage time equaliser to earn St Ishmaels a draw at home against Kilgetty, it’s put Tish three points clear of the drop as they have to wait for other results to see whether they can avoid the dreaded drop.
Seventeen-year-old Mason Abbott scored a goal in each half which saw the visitors go 2-0 up and heading for what looked like a routine win.
However, Tish showed true grit as they were determined to det something from this game as Kyle Marsh put the ball past his brother Kurtis to give the hosts of slimmer, then deep in stoppage time Devonald pounced for what could be an important equaliser to ear his team a precious point which might just help them stay in the top flight.

Leahy bags double to sink Rooks
Tenby 3 – Carew 1

Joe Leahy scored two second half goals to earn victory over close neighbours Carew who are sitting precariously two points above the relegation zone.
Shaun Whitfield set-up Jonty Bennett who struck the opener in the 17
th minute, the hosts hit back in the 25
th minute as Jerome Williams teed up Curtis Hurlow who equalised against his former teammates.
The Seasiders controlled matters in the second period and were rewarded as deadly Leahy struck twice in the 57
th and 81
st minutes to secure the points.
