The Vikings retain Don Noott Cup

Delighted skipper Bleddyn Gibbs raises the Don Noott trophy aloft Pembrokeshire Vikings 26 - Llanelli Warriors 22

Venue: The Observatory Field, Milford Haven

The Pembrokeshire Vikings helped provide a great afternoon of rugby between the Vikings and terrific rivals Llanelli Warriors before The Vikings.

The sun came out to watch a hard-fought, very close game in what was the third annual Don Noott Cup Game, which again resulted in the Pembrokeshire Vikings sending the Warriors back up the A40 without a win as The Vikings came out worthy winners 26-22.

It was a great example of quality mixed ability rugby, with everybody smiling at the end . Scorers for the Vikings were Callum Power, Gethin Bateman, Stephen Morse, Shaun Treadwell, with Callum Power converting 3 of the 4 tries.
