There were some interesting score lines in the Manderwood Pembrokeshire Football First Division on Saturday.

Carew narrowly lost 1-2 at home against Merlins Bridge, Scott Ferney gave The Rooks the lead, but the Wizards hit back with goals from Daniel Bryce and Joe Leahy to claim the points.

Hakin United showed no mercy at The Obs as they thrashed Johnston 14-0, grabbing the goals were Ben Aldred (4), Nicky Woodrow (3), Craig Nicholson (2), Adam John (2), Ben Steele (2) and James Trueman.

Lamphey drew 3-3 at home against derby rivals Angle, Billy Davis (penalty), Josh Dearsley and Nathan Ferrier netted for The Stags, but the visitors claimed a point thanks from goals by Jason Seaton (2) and Darren Mason.

Milford United were happy to claim a 1-1 draw with high flying West Dragons. Dorian Davies’ strike for the visitors was cancelled out by Dany Raicu well executed effort.

Monkton Swifts were too strong for Narberth as the homesters won 4-0 at Monkton Lane, finding the back the net were Martin Carroll, Ryan Griffiths, Jason Finnegan and an own goal settled the encounter.

Neyland were thrashed 0-6 against champions Goodwick United at the Athletic Ground, Sean Seymour-Davies (2), Adam Raymond, Karl Hedley, Jonny Horgan and Rob Morgans netted for the visitors.

Tenby drew 1-1 with Pennar Robins at The Clicketts Ground, Nathan Patterson scored for The Seasiders and Adam Cole equalised for Pennar.
