Tom Richards (Winner)
 
Tom Richards, a level-four coach, has revitalized Haverfordwest Tennis Club, notably doubling the junior section to 126 weekly players. His commitment to inclusivity includes walking tennis sessions for older individuals and those with disabilities. This year he trained 15 local teachers to deliver tennis education. Tom’s support of young talent, including U8’s Welsh champion Rupert Hannon, highlights his dedication to developing players. He introduced the Pembrokeshire Junior League, making tennis accessible and enjoyable. His leadership has placed Haverfordwest Tennis Club on the map, setting a gold standard in community-based sports coaching with remarkable passion and commitment.

 
Francesca Morgan (Runner-Up):
 
Francesca is a coach for Pembroke and District Swimming Club. Her dedication is unmatched, tailoring sessions to individual needs while inspiring both novices and elite swimmers. Through her tireless efforts, Francesca has nurtured swimmers who’ve achieved national rankings and qualifications, making a lasting impact on Pembrokeshire's swimming community. Her approachable nature and unwavering commitment to her students’ development foster a supportive and thriving environment. Francesca’s influence extends beyond the pool, building confidence and resilience in her athletes.

 
Philippa Gale (Runner-Up):
 
Philippa Gale’s commitment to youth netball in Pembrokeshire has shaped the success of Chaos Netball Club’s U12 and U10 teams, both teams finishing the season as Pembrokeshire Junior League winners. Through her dedication, the U12’s team became undefeated Pembrokeshire League champions, West Wales Regional Champions, and ranked 7th in Wales in the National Finals Cup. Beyond technical skills, Philippa fosters teamwork and sportsmanship, creating a supportive environment where players build lifelong friendships.
