Seren Rowland-Higgins recently competed at the Welsh Grades Finals Championships on behalf of West Wales against other teams from the North, South and East of Wales, and delivered some incredible performances on floor, beam, bars and range & conditioning.
 
Seren had a nervous start on vault but soon eased into the competition so that the audience and judges were wowed by Seren’s amazing flexibility and strength. At the end of the competition Seren was announced Welsh all-around champion as well as helping the West Wales’ team to another gold medal.
 
Seren is now in training for her up and coming Welsh trial to be held at the National Sports Centre for Wales.
