Vikings lose but make a little more club history

Disability Rugby:

History was made on Sunday when the Pembrokeshire Vikings travelled to Llanelli Warriors, which was the first time the Warriors had hosted the game in Llanelli .

The game was played in horrendous conditions, but true mixed ability rugby spirit shone through. The forwards battled out the contest for most of the game.

Kyran (The Enforcer) Owen had a big impact on the game making some great forward breaks. The match was very close at half time, with a 0-0 scoreline - but the Warriors took control in the second half, winning the game 19-5.

James Tyler scored a fine try for The Vikings whilst the try scorers for the Warriors were. James Evans, Adam Fussell and Conor Jones with Cain Rodway slotting two conversions.
