Welsh Schools Champs Cardiff 2014
A large number of Pembrokeshire Harriers athletes proudly represented their schools at the recent Welsh Schools Championships held at Cardiff International Stadium. After a great day of athletics, held in glorious sunshine, the
Pembrokeshire youngsters managed a fantastic set of results culminating in several Welsh Schools Champions, many medals and also many personal best performances.
Because of his excellent race in the middle boys 1500m, Matthew Williams, from Walwyns Castle, has been chosen for the U17 Welsh Team competing at the Schools’ International to be held in Cardiff.
All the athletes train regularly with the Harriers at the track at STP in Haverfordwest. All the hard effort put in by them and their coaches certainly paid dividends in Cardiff. Well done to all.
