The Pembrokeshire Harriers’ trio of Lydia Thomas (400 metres hurdles), Abbie Williams (1500 metres and 3000 metres) and Lucy Davies (steeplechase) are pictured following their Advanced Apprenticeship in Sporting Excellence (AASE) programme induction day recently, which was held at Loughborough College.
 
The 12-month programme will provide the girls with an opportunity to gain further qualifications while continuing to develop as athletes. The girls really had an enjoyable and productive day and would like to thank to @BritishAthletics - and are clearly looking forward to the year ahead.
